IAE And IHD Converting To An Open-End Fund

Shareholders of Voya's IAE and IHD approved reorganizing both closed-end funds into an open-end mutual fund, Voya Multi-Manager Emerging Markets Equity Fund. Both funds stop trading on the NYSE at the close on October 13, 2026, and the reorganizations are expected to be completed after the close on October 16. Holders receive open-end fund shares with the same aggregate NAV, so the remaining discount (-1.11% for IAE and -2.22% for IHD as of October 9) disappears.
