Hold XFLT: The Tender Offering Deadline Has Expired (Upgrade)

I am raising my recommendation on the XAI Octagon Floating Rate & Alternative Income Trust from sell to hold following the tender offer expiration. XFLT is not a prime candidate for tax loss selling in November, and the recent tender offer is viewed as a favorable event. The fund offers a 15.85% yield, which may offset its 13.4% YTD NAV decline, but recent price action remains weak.
