Intro Offer Promotion – Owner’s Reward Card by M1 Terms & Conditions   

The Promotion

Starting on January 21, 2022 through March 31, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”), all M1 Spend customers¹ who meet the eligibility requirements described below will be eligible to receive a one-time deposit of three-hundred dollars ($300) as a statement credit on your Owner’s Reward Card by M1 applicable monthly statement (the “Promotion”). As further described below, you will be eligible for this Promotion when you spend, in aggregate, at least four thousand dollars ($4,000) within the first ninety (90) days of activating your Owner’s Reward Card by M1.  

This Promotion is offered solely by M1 Spend, LLC, and is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”). M1 Spend LLC is a separate, affiliated, and wholly-owned operating subsidiary of M1 Holdings, Inc. This Promotion is not made by M1 Finance, LLC.  

Promotion Terms and Eligibility 

To be eligible for this Promotion, and during the Promotion Period, you must (1) have successfully opened an Owner’s Reward Card by M1²; AND (2) have spent an aggregate amount of at least $4,000 within the first ninety (90) days of activating the Owner’s Reward Card by M1. If you satisfy the aforementioned conditions, M1 will make a one-time statement credit of three hundred dollars ($300) applied to your Owner’s Reward Card by M1 statement balance.  

You are only eligible to receive a one-time statement credit of three hundred dollars ($300) (the “Promotional Credit”) under this Promotion. The Promotional Credit will be applied as a statement credit onto your Owner’s Reward Card by M1 statement on July 29, 2022 (the “Pay-out Date”) provided that you satisfy the conditions stated herein. To the extent the Promotional Credit is applied as a statement credit, the Promotional Credit will only reduce your credit card principal balance, and will neither eliminate your obligation to make your minimum statement balance payment when due nor advance your next payment. M1 reserves the right to revoke the Promotional Credit if the total aggregate spend value, after any adjustments or returns, does not equal at least four thousand dollars ($4,000).  

¹M1 Plus is an annual membership that confers benefits for products and services offered by M1 Finance LLC and M1 Spend LLC, each a separate, affiliated, and wholly-owned operating subsidiary of M1 Holdings, Inc. Not required to participate in this Promotion.

Other Information 

This Promotion is not valid with any other offers and is non-transferrable. Offer is available only to legal U.S. Residents who are M1 customers. M1 reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time, to limit the amount of account bonuses you are eligible to receive, and to refuse or recover any promotion award if M1 determines that it was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided, or that any terms of these Promotion Terms, the M1 Terms of Use, Owner’s Reward Card by M1 Cardholder Agreement, or Account Agreement have been violated. The value of any Promotional Credit is a statement credit only. You may be responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from receipt of such reward and should consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of such reward.  

This Promotion expires at 11:59pm ET on March 31, 2022. M1 Spend, LLC is the sole timekeeper.
